The customer service staff, or commonly called the front desk staff, is the core of the gym. They will frequently interact, communicate and maintain an excellent relationship with both the members and management staff. The staff is responsible for carrying out key functions for operating the gym, which are: a) providing exceptional customer service and account administration to current gym members b) creating and maintaining an exceptional atmosphere in the gym c) selling memberships to non-members d) keeping the gym and all equipment exceptionally clean and in good working order. In addition, the customer service staff also monitors the gym environment and operations on a daily basis and offers improvements when needed. The staff is required to use excellent communications and teamwork to carry out all job duties and requirements.

The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.

The Fitness Trainer is a key role of Fayetteville Fitness and is known as the “Heartbeat of the Gym”. You will be working with members of all fitness levels, some of whom could be first time gym users. Therefore, you must:

1. Be able to design individualized exercise programs for each member based on their exercise experience, medical background, and personal health and wellness goals.
2. Be able to fully demonstrate, explain, and lead small group sessions in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
3. Provide regressions, progressions, or alternate exercises that will accommodate members with any medical or movement limitations as well as injuries

Fayetteville Fitness is seeking class fitness instructors to teach fitness classes to our guests and ensure the highest standard of fitness activity is performed. The position responsibilities include teaching a variety of fitness class formats including encouraging and motivating our guests during classes, setting up and breaking down equipment needed for each class, preparing fitness schedules, and other duties as assigned.

A Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a building and the surrounding grounds. Their duties include vacuuming and mopping floors, sanitizing restroom facilities, wiping equipment,  and collecting trash to ensure the gym’s members have a clean space.
